How do I place an order?
Simple browse our amazing collection and just click on "Add to cart" button to add that item to your shopping cart. When ready to proceed and pay, just head to the cart page from the link in the top right. Enter your shipping and payment information. Once your order has been received you will be sent an order notification to confirm your order and delivery details.
Using discount codes or offers?
- If you have a discount code please make sure to enter this at the checkout page and confirm it has been applied before proceeding to finish an order
- If there are any offers currently running (I.e Buy 3 Get 1 Free) these will be automatically applied in the cart and at the checkout, make sure to have added the relevent items for the offer.
Can I cancel an order?
When an order is placed through our website we recieve a notification and your order is produced as soon as possible to be on it's way to you. Cancellations can be made, however they cannot be guaranteed, if you wish to request a cancellation please contact us ASAP.

Can I change my delivery address once an order is placed?
Although we cannot guarantee a change in the delivery address on an order already placed, we may be able to do so if you contact us immediately after placing your order.
Please contact us with your full name and order number to request a change. Yellow Box Designs are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect information provided.
What sizes t-shirt do I need?
Our range of t-shirts are availble in 6 colour options: black, white, royal blue, red, purple and military green.
Sizes go from S to 4XL, it is generally best to oversize, but if you have measurements please see the size guide and select the most appropriate option.
What size frame for my print?
All prints are available in sizes A5, A4 and A3. for dimensions of these please see the size guide.
PLEASE NOTE - Any frames shown are for display purposes only and the item being purchased is the print only.
Frames to fit various style of decor are readily available from high street stores or online retailers. A4 size frames can sometimes be referred to as certificate frames.

How long does shipping take?
PRINTS (UK) -
Produced to order, prints can take 1-2 working days to be processed and as soon as you receive delivery notification, your order will shipped with Royal Mail standard 2nd class as our 'Free Delivery' option, this Royal Mail service has a delivery aim of 2-3 working days.
Additional postage upgrades for prints are available at the checkout including an upgrade to Royal Mail 1st class which aims for next working day. Along with 24 and 48 Hour Tracked and Signed For services.
PLEASE NOTE - Our standard 'Free Delivery' and 1st Class options are not tracked or signed for services. Tracking is available as an upgraded postal option.
T-SHIRTS (UK) -
All T-shirts are Printed to order and can take 2-4 working days to be processed and as soon as you receive delivery notification, your order will be shipped with Hermes/Evri as our 'Free Delivery' option, this service has a delivery aim of 2-3 working day.
PLEASE NOTE - The above times for processing and delivery are estimated by the services used and may be liable to change during busy periods.
How will my order be sent?
PRINTS -
All Prints are sent in clear cellophane display bags and kept flat in hard back envelopes with additional card packing or in sturdy postal boxes. Clearly marked
fragile, your prints will be ready to display as soon as they arrive.
T-SHIRTS -
All T-Shirts are shipped in bio-degradable packing bags.
All packaging is recyclable with an aim to be as eco friendly as possible.
How much does shipping cost?
All UK orders have a FREE SHIPPING option
PRINTS have the following delivery options:
> Royal Mail 2nd Class – FREE
> Royal Mail 1st Class – £1.80 per order
> Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked and Signed For - £3.50 per order
> Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked and Signed For - £4.50 per order
T-SHIRTS are delivered by Hermes/Evri and totally FREE
Do you do international shipping?
We currently only ship within the UK where we produce all of our printed creations, we will certainly be looking to provide international shipping in the future, but unfortunately don’t at this current time.
My order hasn't arrived?
Apologies! Please contact us with your full name, shipping address and order number and we will track down and sort out any issue with your order.
Please note that during busy seasonal periods there can be expected delays with the postal system, however we will attempt to follow any tracking and resolve any issue should your order not arrive within the estimated time frame given by the postal provider.
Is my order tracked?
With our 'Free Delivery' option on all prints, this is not a tracked service. the 1st class Royal Mail service is also not tracked, however Tracked and Signed For 48 and 24 hour delivery options are available at the checkout. These are additional, but will become free upgrades at order values of £20 (1st Class) £30 (48hr T&S) and £40 (24hr T&S)
All T-shirt order are shipped with Hermes/Evri and tracking numbers are provided as soon as orders are dispatched.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If for any reason your order arrives damaged please take photos as soon as possible of both the packaging AND the item, if you have opened the package or have removed the item. Try to capture any damage as best as possible and send them along with a message explaining the condition that the order arrived in a ‘Return Request’ form and someone will review the issue and be in contact with a suitable solution as soon as possible
There is a problem with my order!
Received the wrong order? Something missing? Just drop us a message explaining and we will aim to get it sorted ASAP, just contact us with your order number, shipping address and photo so we can fix any issues.
Returns

Returns and Exchanges?
Due to the nature of each item being produced to order, we are unable to accept returns unless there is an issue with the order, such as damage, mis-print or poor quality finish. If you feel this is the case and you would like to return an item please complete a Return Request form along with photos of the item you wish to return. Once accepted you will be provided with a return address and postage label.
Once your item has been received we will contact you with the options of a replacement item of the same size and style or a full refund that will be issued via the original payment method used. If for any reason you have an issue with your order when it arrives please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving your order.
Any returned item(s) should be sent with a copy of the included invoice for the purchase in order to make processing easier.

We are always happy to take ideas onboard for new and one-off creations, If you have an idea and would like us to bring it to life or you have found one of our existing designs and would like to see something similar, please contact us and share your thoughts and we will see what we can create.
