All of our printed items are produced and made to order, allowing us to offer the best tailored experience and highest quality item we can offer to every customer. However due to the custom nature of our products we are unable to accept returns and offer refunds on order for incorrect purchases or a change of mind. Please see below to read our most recently updated policy for details regarding returns and exchanges:

We will only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives in such a condition, please follow the steps below.

Request a Return or Exchange:

Contact Us: Use our Return Request form within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please fill out all sections and include:

  • Email, order number, reason for return
  • Addition information including a brief description of the issue
  • State the item(s) that you wish to return
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item(s)

( Further photos may be required upon request )

Any returned item(s) should be sent with a copy of the included invoice for the purchase in order to make processing easier.

Returns & Exchanges T&Cs:

Made-to-Order Items: As all prints and frames are made to order, we do not
offer refunds or exchanges for any other reasons aside from damage or defects.

Non-Refundable Items: Personalised/custom orders are non-refundable and
non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defect.

Damaged/Defective Items: Once we receive your email with the necessary details, we will process your return or exchange if applicable. You may be required to send the item back to us, and we will cover the return shipping cost.

Inspection & Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned
item, we will notify you of the status of your return. If your return is
approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method
within 5-7 working days.
